At DummySupps, we work hard to get your order shipped quickly and reliably.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM EST are processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Domestic (U.S.): 5–8 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and order size.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • DummySupps is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first.

  • If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will review and resolve issues on a case-by-case basis.
