This protein shake goes great in cold brew coffee and stands alone as a great pre, post-workout or as a daily boost. They are delicious and are made from quality ingredients! This is the only shake i drink!!!
I'm very happy with this product - the taste - the quality - the customer service. I just mix it with water and it's delicious. I eat very little meat and before I used this protein supplement - I was always hungry! It definitely helps me curb my appetite.
