Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Dummy Supps Salted Caramel whey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Steps

  1. Add oats, cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, instant espresso, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in dark chocolate chips by hand (do not blend).
  3. Preheat a waffle iron and lightly coat with cooking spray.
