Peach French Toast Casserole

Soft, golden, and packed with warm cinnamon flavor, this Peach French Toast Casserole is a high protein twist on a brunch favorite that feels indulgent while fueling your body. Cubes of low carb bread are soaked in a rich custard made from eggs, egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, and whipped cream cheese, creating a perfectly tender center with a lightly crisp top. Multiple scoops of Dummy Supps Vanilla Whey are blended directly into the batter to significantly boost protein, helping support muscle, fullness, and steady energy. Juicy diced peaches are folded throughout, adding natural sweetness, fiber, and a classic peach cobbler flavor. Baked until golden and finished with a creamy protein frosting and optional maple syrup drizzle, this casserole is ideal for weekend brunch, holiday mornings, or make ahead meal prep that satisfies cravings without the blood sugar crash.
