  • Center Filling: 2 scoops Dummy Supps Vanilla whey
  • Center Filling: 1 ½ cup whipped cream cheese
  • Center Filling: 1 tbsp almond milk
  • Center Filling: 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Cookies: 1 cup oat flour
  • Cookies: 1 cup steel cut oats
  • Cookies: 4 scoops Dummy Supps Vanilla whey
  • Cookies: 1 tsp baking soda
  • Cookies: 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Cookies: 1 tsp molasses
  • Cookies: 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cookies: 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • Cookies: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Center Filing: In a bowl, whisk whipped cream cheese, Vanilla whey, almond milk, and 1/2 tbsp cinnamon until smooth. Transfer to a sandwich bag and refrigerate.
  3. Cookies: combine oat flour, oats, Vanilla whey, baking soda, melted butter, molasses, vanilla extract, brown sugar, remaining cinnamon, and almond milk. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Form dough into 16 cookies, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and gently press down with a fork.
