Cinnamon Rolls

Warm, soft, and packed with protein, these Cinnamon Rolls redefine what a comfort dessert can look like in a balanced nutrition plan. They deliver the rich cinnamon flavor and creamy icing you expect, without the blood sugar spike of traditional rolls. The dough is built with Greek yogurt and almond oat flour, then powered by Dummy Supps Vanilla Whey to create structure, softness, and a substantial protein boost. Both the cinnamon filling and the icing also use Vanilla Whey, turning every layer of this recipe into functional fuel. The added protein helps slow digestion, increase satiety, and keep energy levels steady long after you finish eating. Perfect for weekend baking, meal prep, or a high protein dessert, these Cinnamon Rolls prove you can enjoy bakery level comfort while staying consistent with your goals. Let Dummy Supps Vanilla Whey transform a classic favorite into something your body will thank you for.
