Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Dummy Supps Vanilla whey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon Frosting
  • Frosting: 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • Frosting: 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
  • Frosting: 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Steps

  1. Add oats, cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat a waffle iron and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  3. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove carefully and repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Frosting: In a small bowl, whisk together whipped cream cheese, monk fruit, and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
