Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Dummy Supps Vanilla Whey
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon Frosting
  • Frosting: 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • Frosting: 2 tbsp Dummy Supps Vanilla whey protein
  • Frosting: 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • Frosting: 1 tbsp zero sugar confectioners sugar

Steps

  1. Add yogurt, eggs, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix well then add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon; mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and coat with cooking spray.
  3. Pour batter into the skillet in small circles and cook for 3–4 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  4. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, protein powder, confectioners sugar, and almond milk until smooth and spreadable.
  6. Spread frosting over the pancakes once cooked.
