Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Dummy Supps Cappuccino whey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp instant espresso
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Add oats, cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, instant espresso, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in dark chocolate chips by hand (do not blend).
  3. Preheat a waffle iron and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove carefully and repeat with remaining batter.
