Chocolate Chip Pancakes

These Chocolate Chip Pancakes turn a classic treat into a high protein breakfast that still feels indulgent. Made with Greek yogurt, eggs, almond flour, and applesauce, they stay fluffy and satisfying while keeping carbs controlled. A generous scoop of protein powder boosts fullness and muscle support, while melted dark chocolate chips add just enough sweetness to feel like a cheat meal without the crash. Perfect for weekends, meal prep, or when you want something comforting that still fits your goals.

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Dummy Supps Vanilla Whey
  • 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Add the yogurt, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the almond flour, protein powder, and baking powder and mix until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and coat with cooking spray.
  4. Pour batter into the skillet in small circles and cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  5. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
