Method
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, berry whey, and whipped cream cheese until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
In a pan over medium heat, add fresh raspberries.
Stir in zero-calorie sugar and lemon juice; sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened and slightly syrupy.
Top with the warm raspberry compote and sprinkle with crushed graham cracker.
