Ingredients
- 1 scoop Dummy Supps Mixed Berry whey
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp zero-calorie sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 graham cracker
Steps
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, berry whey, and whipped cream cheese until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
- In a pan over medium heat, add fresh raspberries.
- Stir in zero-calorie sugar and lemon juice; sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened and slightly syrupy.
