Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Dummy Supps Mixed Berry whey
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp zero-calorie sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 graham cracker

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, berry whey, and whipped cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, add fresh raspberries.
  4. Stir in zero-calorie sugar and lemon juice; sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened and slightly syrupy.
  5. Top with the warm raspberry compote and sprinkle with crushed graham cracker.
