PROTOCOL

How to actually use it

01

POST-WORKOUT OR ANYTIME

Mix 1 scoop with 4–6oz liquid.

Water for lean macros, milk for creaminess. The post-workout window matters less than total daily protein intake — consistency over timing.

03

STACK WITH

Creatine + Carbs.

Add 5g creatine to your shake for enhanced strength gains. Pair with simple carbs post-workout for optimal glycogen replenishment and amino acid uptake.

ONSETImmediate (post-workout)
HALF-LIFE~3–4 hr amino acid availability
BEST WITHResistance training
AVOID WITHDairy allergy

Q&A

Questions, answered

01 Is this concentrate or isolate?

Both. We blend whey protein concentrate (sustained release, more bioactive peptides) with whey protein isolate (fastest absorption, lowest lactose). This gives you the best of both forms in a single scoop.

02 How does this compare to other protein powders?

Most protein powders contain 60–70% protein by weight, with the rest being fillers, gums, and artificial sweeteners. Ours is 75% protein per scoop with minimal additives — just whey, natural flavor, stevia, and digestive enzymes.

03 Will this cause bloating or digestive issues?

Unlikely. We've added a protease and papain enzyme blend specifically to break down whey proteins and reduce the bloating that some people experience with standard whey powders. If you're severely lactose intolerant, our isolate-heavy blend has minimal lactose, but talk to your doctor.

04 Why stevia instead of sucralose or aspartame?

Stevia is a plant-derived sweetener with no artificial chemistry. It's calorie-free, doesn't spike insulin, and avoids the gut microbiome concerns associated with artificial sweeteners like sucralose. Cleaner ingredient list, same great taste.

05 How much protein should I take per day?

Research supports 0.7–1g of protein per pound of body weight for active individuals. A 180lb person should aim for 130–180g of total daily protein from all sources. One scoop of MD Whey provides 24g — a single building block in your daily intake.

06 Can women take this?

es. Whey protein is one of the most studied supplements for both men and women. It supports lean muscle, satiety, bone health, and recovery regardless of gender. The macro profile (130 cal, 2g sugar, 24g protein) fits any nutrition plan.

07 Is it safe to take every day?

Yes. Whey protein is simply a concentrated form of the proteins naturally found in dairy. Daily use is well-studied and safe for healthy adults. If you have kidney disease or are pregnant, consult your healthcare provider before use.
